In the Advanced Course we prepare each student with the foundation and necessary building blocks to become the best barista they can be. Espresso is an art and a craft that utilizes heavy doses of science and technology. Each student will be walked through all of the components and variables required to make espresso beverages, and will leave with a comprehensive understanding of how to manipulate and control those variables to achieve the best quality and consistency possible. Come ready to play with the espresso machine, make a mess, and learn a lot.
