The Technical Course restricts the class size to only 8 people and will walk each student through hands on exercises that were covered in the Advanced Class Seminar. Students will not be admitted into this class without having taken the Advanced Class.
Exercises include:
- Espresso Production
- Milk Steaming Techniques
- Drink Building
- Beginning Latte Art
- Equipment Maintenance
Prerequisites: Basic Class and Advanced Class
