Subcription FAQs

Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to update > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to edit > Click “Edit Subscription” under “Subscription totals” > Walk through the original steps of starting a subscription

Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to update > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to edit > Click “Edit Subscription” under “Subscription totals” > Walk through the original steps of starting a subscription > Select the amount of coffee bags you would like > Select the coffee you would like > Select the Grind size you would like from the drop down box before moving forward > Repeat the last 2 steps until you’ve selected the coffee and grind for each bag of coffee in your subscription and continue
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to renew > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to renew > Click on “Renew Now” > This will also update your next subscription renewal date to 4 weeks from today
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to update > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to edit > Click on “Skip a Shipment” next to the “Renew Now” button > Confirm that you would like to skip your next shipment on the pop up screen
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to update > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to edit > Click on “Cancel” > Wait for the website to reload, it you will see a notification at the top of the screen that the subscription has been successfully canceled
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to update > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to edit > Click on “Pause” > Wait for the website to reload, you will see a notification at the top of the screen that the subscription has been successfully put on hold
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to update > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to edit > Click on “Reactivate”
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account with the active subscription you would like to update > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Subscriptions” > Click on “View” next to the active subscription you would like to edit > Click on “Change Payment” > Select a different payment method or select “Use a New Payment Method” > Type in new payment method information > Select the box, if you’d like to “Update the payment method used for all of my current active subscriptions (optional) > Click on “Change Payment Method”

Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Payment Methods” > Click on “Add Payment Method” > Type in New Payment Method Information > Click the box, if you’d like to “Update the Payment Method used for all of my active subscriptions (optional) > Click on “Add Payment”
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Payment Methods” > Click on “Make Default” next to the Payment Method you would like to make your default
Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Payment Methods” > Click on “Delete” next to the Payment Method you would like to delete
Tracking numbers can be found in your confirmation email or in my account, under orders. Go to Kaladi.com > Login to your account > Hover over “My Account” on the top right hand side of the screen > Click on “Orders” > Click on “View” next to the order you would like to track

Our gift cards are currently not available for purchase online, as they are not redeemable through our website. Our gift cards are available for purchase at our cafes. Check out our visit page to find a café near you! If you are looking to purchase and send a gift card to an Alaskan resident for use in our cafes, please contact our admin office at 9076447400.
Unfortunately, there are select coffees that we do not grind due to them being specialty or limited coffees. Coffee can always be ground at one of our cafes! Check out our visit page to find a cafe near you!
