Kaladi’s 3700 Centerpoint café is a product of sheer desire, featuring all benefits of JL Tower, its sister café, just 500 feet away.  Centerpoint café is located on the first floor in the lobby of a nine-story professional office building. Kaladi’s campaign of sustainability made it obvious to JL Tower that Kaladi should be the only café considered in this LEEDS certified project.
