Our goal is to be the coffee by which all other coffees are judged and we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions or concerns, we are here to help. Please contact us at (907)644-7400 or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number handy. We’ll do our best to get things sorted. We do not accept returns on ground coffee.
