We have teamed up with Singletrack Advocates, a non-profit organization, to create a special edition coffee that will have you feeling geared up and ready to pedal!
Since 2004, this group has been working with the community to preserve, maintain and create singletrack trails in Anchorage, Alaska. They are a volunteer driven organization that has built over 30 miles of singletrack at Kincaid and Hillside parks. We will be donating $5 from each STA special edition bag of coffee sold right back to the organization and their cause!

Coffee comes in a standard 16oz size fresh roasted in Alaska. All coffee is roasted tasting notes are subjective; the notes come from our coffee gurus and reflect the naturally occurring flavors that show up in coffee from around the world.
Our Philosophy on Grinding Coffee
The presence of quality is important to us from purchase through final sale. Once coffee is ground, oxygen is exposed to the beans and pushes out the gases and aromatics, causing staling to occur much more quickly than in whole bean form. This is because ground coffee exposes a much larger surface area for the oxygen to get in and aromatics to escape. The finer the grind, the quicker this process takes place, thus compromising quality.
Several factors that could affect this time period is the storage container the coffee is kept in, ambient temperatures, moisture levels, roast levels, and roasting processes.
Freezing coffee in an airtight container is a proven method for extending the life of roasted coffee beyond a few days.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 24-72 hours of placement, depending on time and day order is submitted. Orders placed before 12pm Alaska time will ship the next day, except for weekends. Friday orders will ship the following Tuesday.
FedEx orders, which automatically mean overnight and second day, except weekends, will ship the day after the order is placed before 12pm Alaska time. FedEx orders placed after 12pm will be shipped in two business days, with the exception of weekends.

Our goal is to be the coffee by which all other coffees are judged and we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
