In the same way that French is not coffee from France, Italian is not coffee from Italy.
Typically Italian Roast refers to a style that is most known for very dark roasted and oily beans. While this is a blend and not a single coffee, and isn't our darkest single offering, it's meant to replicate the dark, smokey, oily origins of the Italian Roast.
